Jordan Peterson Is Furious About The ‘Tyranny’ Of Paper Towel Dispensers

Don’t get me wrong, I like a lot of what Jordan Peterson has to say about psychodynamics and the more extreme ends of ‘wokeism’, but sometimes the guy gets enraged about the strangest things.

In what might be the dumbest thing anyone has ever been annoyed by, Peterson put out a Tweet complaining about the tyranny of… kindly suggesting people conserve paper towels and use the compost bin?

He tried to clear up why it bothered him exactly, but I’m not sure we’re any the wiser…

Why does this bother me? Because (1) it’s celebrated (2) it’s everywhere and (3) people are wilfully blind to it.

Who knows, maybe I’m missing the bigger picture and Jordan Peterson is actually a hero who is trying to protect our rights to use excessive amounts of paper towels, but for now I just don’t see what he’s moaning about. Surely there are a billion other things he could be focusing on?
