Running Hurdles: Level Asian

Here’s a new technique for running the hurdles that I’ve never come across before. It involves running straight through, not over each hurdle.

An old’un but a good’un, and highly appropriate with the Olympics just around the corner.

The video below is of a hurdle race over in Asia where a couple of racers (one especially) adopt a technique I’ve never seen applied before. This technique involves pretty much just powering through the hurdles like they’re not even there. It kind of works for this guy as he doesn’t finish last, but what the fvck is he doing? Check out 0:15 when he completely stacks it and ends up pounding through one of his opponent’s lanes. Funny shit.
