It was always extremely obvious that Donald Trump would eventually tire of having the most annoying guy in the world hanging around him 24/7, and as such the Elon Musk/Donald Trump break-up is well and truly underway, with both sides taking shots at each other in the last couple days.
Last night, Elon sent out a Tweet claiming that the reason the Epstein files were never released is because Trump is in them:
Now I don’t think this is breaking news to anyone, but it’s still significant that Elon Musk has sent this out to take a shot at Donald Trump. Now, Trump has accused Elon of having ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’, called him ‘crazy’, and even threw a sneaky dig at Tesla:

It looks as though the main cause of their fallout is a disagreement over Trump’s ‘One Big Beautiful Bill Act’, which Elon criticised for adding $2.4 trillion to the federal deficit and for eliminating electric vehicle (EV) tax credits, which obviously impacts Tesla directly.
As a result of their butting heads, Tesla’s stock has plummeted massively:

So obviously this has now got personal and we can fully expect more fireworks between the pair to play out very publicly on social media. I’m not sure it’s the biggest flex in the world for Elon to essentially accuse Trump of paedophilia, given that would be an admission that he was happy to ignore this fact as long as Trump was his buddy. At the same time, I’m not sure it’s very wise for Trump to make an enemy of the richest man in the world.
