Dr Pimple Popper AKA Dr Sandra Lee is a viral sensation, as she films her gross surgeries and uploads them onto the internet for the world to see, because even though they’re completely and utterly rank, the human race can not get enough of that stuff.

In her latest video to celebrate the 4th of July, Lee is operating on a lipoma – a build-up of fatty tissue – that’s situated on a woman’s arm. She begins the surgery by trying to slice open the area with her surgical knife, but when she realises just how huge it is, she casually ditches the knife and pokes her finer into the region.

After a bit of manoeuvring, she manage to prise it out of the skin like it’s no big deal and not completely and utterly rank. Seriously, don’t watch this if you’re about to eat or something because it really is gross:

Why do we keep watching stuff like this when it makes us want to throw up? I really don’t have the answer to that, but I’m pretty sure I’m going to keep doing it and so is everyone else, probably netting Dr Pimple Popper a small fortune. I suppose she deserves it.
