Remember when ‘Tiger King’ and Joe Exotic and his gang of fools was all that anyone could talk about? It really does seem so long about but the truth is that it was only just over six months ago, making this year both the longest and shortest of all time – I’m sure you all know what I mean.

Anyway, it looks like Joe might actually end up getting the Presidential pardon that he was was looking for when the show was at the peak of its popularity. Trump is on his way out of the White House – even if he is still refusing to concede to Joe Biden, whilst continuing to rave and rant about election fraud without any real basis – and is currently engaging in one of the most loved pastimes of Presidents at this time of their career: pardoning their friends and allies before it’s too late.

Unbelievably, hilariously and horrifically, it turns out that Joe Exotic is one of the names on Trump’s shortlist to look over during this process. It seems kind of funny to think that Joe was portrayed somewhat sympathetically during the ‘Tiger King’ show – despite the fact he ploughed young straight men with drugs and pretty much forced them to be his sex slaves – but we should probably remember that he’s currently serving a jail sentence for hiring a hitman to kill Carole Baskin and almost certainly deserves to be there.

However, Joe has always protested his innocence despite no real evidence to support this, so I suppose he has that in common with Trump so maybe he’ll end up getting pardoned because of the kinship that the two feel over issues like that. They’re also both massive racists and huge reality TV show stars so I guess they have that in common too. Stranger things have definitely happened.

A White House insider said the following about the possibility:

We’ve heard from the Tiger King.

You wouldn’t believe the amount of calls, some insane, we’ve gotten.

It’s kinda funny to think that people are just calling up the White House to complain about Joe Exotic being in prison and that they’re actually taking and entertaining these calls. Isn’t there some kind of process so that only people with actual important issues to discuss can get through to the White House? Explains a lot if there isn’t I suppose.

On the other side of the debate, Joe’s lawyer Eric Love said the following about the progression of the case:

We are waiting on the pen to hit the paper, we think we are very, very close.

I suppose it makes sense for Joe Exotic to come back into the spotlight for the finale of 2020. Get ready for Joe Exotic vs The Utah Monolith in a deathmatch for the fate of 2021.
