It’s a video of a guy called Katsu on his first visit to the dentist in ten years. His smoking and diet of Japanese food and not looking after his teeth has meant that’s there a disgustingly large build up of plaque on them. The plaque has turned into tartar – the early states of gum disease – and can only be removed with the help of a professional which is what is happening in this video. Absolutely rank, but not as rank as this guy getting the biggest booger ever removed from his nose.
