I remember back in the day when we first started Sick Chirpse, there were loads of artists doing weird interpretations of our favourite cartoon characters, but it’s safe to say that technology has come a long way since then with these new renditions from Hidreley Diao.

Brazilian Diao uses artificial intelligence somehow to come up with these drawings and to be fair to the guy, they’re actually mind-blowingly accurate. He also does the same for historical characters on his Instagram account so you might as well give him a follow as there’s a lot of good content on there.

Really impressive stuff. Maybe there’s a renaissance of this kind of thing coming in 2022?
