Grilled cheese sandwiches are some of the best sandwiches that you can make. Other than the fact they’re pretty bad for you, they’ve got everything else – easy to make, simply delicious, quick, cheap and also highly customisable.
Normally I just whack some hot sauce on with a couple of types of cheese but these guys show the true extent of what you can achieve with a grilled cheese sandwich if you spend a lot (OK just a bit) of time thinking about it.
