We have another airplane meltdown video for you today as a self-proclaimed ‘celebrity pickleball coach’ loses the plot over (allegedly) being caught smoking in the plane bathroom.
He demands an apology from the flight attendant while threatening to post the video to his “25,000 followers” (lol):

Peter Nguyen accuses the flight attendant of assaulting him, and says: “I have a lawyer. I am a lawyer. I have 25,000 followers. I have 25,000 followers that are going to watch this”
The switch from “I have a lawyer” to “I am a lawyer” is absolutely insane. He then threatens to call police like he’s the one who hasn’t just been caught (allegedly) breaking the law.
American Airlines has since commented on the incident:
“A customer on American Airlines flight 2860 with service from Phoenix (PHX) to San Francisco (SFO) was removed from the aircraft upon arrival at SFO due to disruptive behavior. We thank our customers for their patience and apologize for any inconvenience.”
“The San Francisco Police Department met the flight upon arrival and escorted the customer out of the concourse.”
The best part about this is that Peter Nguyer posted the footage online himself because he was so convinced that the internet would be on his side. Instead, everyone told him that he was blatantly in the wrong and handled the situation like a big baby. It’s staggering how little self-awareness some people have, isn’t it? Although I suppose the thing with self-awareness is that you never really know if you have it or not.
