The Bonnie Blue documentary on Channel 4 last night has sparked a fair bit of backlash online, with viewers complaing about ‘literal p0rn’ being broadcast on the channel, but one segment that was fairly interesting was the chat with Bonnie’s estranged husband Ollie Davidson.
Ollie is a rugby player and swimmer, and the son of a wealthy businessman. In the documentary, titled 1,000 Men and Me: The Bonnie Blue Story, Bonnie reveals that she and Oliver met when she was about 14 or 15, and got married young.
Soon after, they bought a house with the help of Ollie’s parents, before getting married in 2022 and moving to the Gold Coast in Australia.
Fast forward to today, and Ollie and Bonnie have broken up. You might think it has something to do with her starting an OnlyFans and everything that followed, but actually, he was very supportive of all that. In fact, he was even on her payroll, and would help her organise events.
In the doc, Ollie was asked what the secret to Bonnie’s success is:
“She really connects with the fans. Most people, if they do porn, they seem out of reach. You’re never going to meet them. You’re never going to be able to film with them.
“Whereas Bonnie, she puts her location online. Then her fans can actually film with her. Mainstream porn has been around a lot longer… but nothing’s really changed until this point. It’s a defining moment in porn [with Bonnie]. She’s completely changed the game.”
Connects with her fans? That’s one way of putting it I guess. Bonnie added:
“I met Ollie when I was like 14, 15. We got married really young. Pretty, quite intimate wedding, nothing crazy, nothing over the top. Then we relocated to Australia shortly afterwards.
“Ollie was beyond supportive, he gave me the confidence to do OnlyFans. And it wasn’t because he wanted to pimp me out, he just wanted me to be happy and have control of my life. And obviously the money was good as well.”
So apparently Bonnie Blue’s husband had no issue with her doing OnlyFans and sh@gging half the planet in the process, so how come their marriage didn’t work out? According to Bonnie:
“We just grew apart… I changed a lot. He changed a lot. We weren’t the most compatible towards the end. We both wanted different things from partners.”
Incredible. It’s actually difficult to believe that Bonnie Blue’s porn career had nothing to do with their break-up, even though they both insist that wasn’t a factor. What’s really interesting is that Bonnie Blue had a dream husband, a dream house in Australia, and a millionaire lifestyle where she didn’t even have to work, and still insisted on becoming one of the most sh@gged women on the planet and building her own fortune out of it. You have to respect it, on some level.
Either way, fair play to them both for remaining on good terms. Onwards and upwards!
