Finally some good news for the Tate brothers after their appeals for freedom had been repeatedly rejected by the Romanian courts. On Friday, Bucharest’s Court of Appeal ruled that the brothers and their accomplices could be removed from prison and placed on house arrest instead.

Soon after, Andrew Tate shared this clip of himself pacing around the house and smoking while plotting his next move:

Looking pretty hench for a guy who’s been sat in a dark cell eating ants and spiders for the last three months isn’t he? Presumably the Romanian authorities don’t see the brothers as a flight risk anymore seeing as they’ve let them go home, so it would be pretty mental if a private jet just swooped down and whisked them away to Dubai before anyone had a chance to stop them. That would be pretty funny to be fair.

Billionaire Andrew and brother Tristan had been detained since December, and remain under investigation for human trafficking, rxpe, money laundering and general organised crime shenanigans. They maintain their innocence, naturally. We’ll have to see how it plays out from here.

In case you missed it, here’s the South Park episode that parodied Andrew Tate the other night. What took them so long?
