Amber Heard yesterday decided to take part in a sit-down interview with NBC News’ Savannah Guthrie on the NBC Today Show in her first official spoken statement since the verdict in her case with Johnny Depp. It went about as well as you probably thought it would considering the whole world pretty much hates her guts at this point.

You can watch part one of the interview below (as well as read a key part of it below in text):

I did do and say I did do and say horrible, regrettable things throughout my relationship. I behaved in a horrible, almost unrecognisable to myself ways.

I will always continue to feel like I was a part of this, like I was the other half of this relationship because I was. And it was ugly, and it could be very beautiful, it was very, very toxic. We were awful to each other.

You know, I made a lot of a lot of mistakes. A lot of mistakes. But I’ve always told the truth.

And that’s all I spoke. And I spoke it to power and I paid the price.

I would not blame the average person for looking at this and how it’s been covered and not think that it is Hollywood brats at their worst.

Hmm. I guess that’s great that she’s sort of admitting some responsibility in their relationship, but I think that she sort of did that throughout the trial anyway? I don’t think anyone is going to care what she’s saying though because everyone absolutely hates her and nothing is ever going to change that. Ever. Dunno why she’s bothering really.

Not sure what that says for the general public burning her at the stake, but there you go. This is only part one of the interview so I’m sure Amber’s gonna have come up with some other great soundbytes tomorrow and maybe then she’ll take some time out from the public eye? Lol yeah right.

For more of the same, check out Johnny Depp’s new song. Some people are saying it’s about Amber Heard?
