Peep Show’s Mitchell And Webb Return In A Trailer For Their Brand New Comedy Show

Mitchell and Webb

The El Dude Brothers are back.

‘Peep Show’ is up there are one of the greatest British comedies in recent times, and most of you reading this will agree that the marking of their final season a couple of years back was a sad event.

However, it turns out that this isn’t the end of David Mitchell and Robert Webb’s antics, as the pair are back in a new sitcom ironically titled ‘Back’.

A first trailer for the Channel 4 series shows glimpses of the moment that Stephen realises that he has a foster brother, Andrew, leading him to believe that Andrew is out to steal his life. The final cut of the pair in a bunk bed hints that they won’t be enemies for very long.

Not only does this show feature Mitchell and Webb back together, but it’s also created by Simon Blackwell, who worked as a writer on ‘Peep Show’, so hopefully the humour is of the same high quality.

There’s no premiere date as of yet, but with the release of the first trailer we shouldn’t have too long to wait. Definitely keep an eye out for its release – with any luck it will be decent enough to fill the ‘Peep Show’ shaped hole that has been empty for the last couple of years.

Here’s hoping that Super Hans makes a cameo at some point in the series… if he can take time out from his busy DJing schedule that is.
