Earlier this month, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev aka terrorist #2 from the Boston Marathon bombings was found guilty on all charges related to the April 15, 2013 attacks, and now all that remains is the penalty phase of the trial where they listen to all the evidence/testimonies and decide whether to give this dick head life in prison or the death penalty.

The prosecutors who want the death penalty pulled out this photo in court yesterday, and have to say it’s a pretty good case for why they should just end this guy instead of leaving him in a cell for 30+ years. It was taken from outside his jail cell 3 months after the bombings:

Definitely doesn’t look like a guy who’s sorry for what he did or who has any interest in being sorry. You’d think life in prison would be a worse penalty than death because it leaves him to think about what he’s done but honestly, I think this guy is pretty proud of what he did and no amount of jail time is going to change that. Leave him in jail for his whole life and he’ll spend the whole time filled with some kind of fucked up pride over the destruction he caused. Execute him and we never have to talk or think about him again. Plus one extra bed free in prison — win.

Also, we might be biased, but how about bringing back one of the most Brutal Execution Methods of all time for a one night deal? Couldn’t think of a better test subject than the guy who blew up 3 people and almost killed 300 others and still couldn’t give two fucks about it.
