Two Descendants Of Genghis Khan Get Into A Dispute On Live TV Over Who’s More Directly Related
13th century warrior-ruler Genghis Khan has millions of descendants today, linked by a specific Y-chromosome found in about 8% of men across the former Mongol Empire (Asia to Uzbekistan), representing roughly 16 million people.
For some reason, these two men on either a Chinese or Taiwanese TV show got into an argument over who was more directly related to the great ruler, and ended up in fisticuffs over it:
Have to agree with the Tweeter btw – it has to be the guy on the right who took that punch like it was nothing. He also looks more like Genghis Khan and was the first to lose his temper and square up – very Genghis Khan-like:

Then again, the dude on the left did throw the first punch, even if it did slide off like butter.
Can’t they just accept that they are both related to Genghis Khan, and move on with their lives? Seems like a really stupid thing to get beaten up over on live TV to me.
