3. GIF TUMBLRS
We all have our favourite gif tumblrs. For some, it’s ‘What Should We Call Me?’, for others ‘London Grumblr’. Personally my favourite is ‘Gays Of South London’ because, as you might imagine, the gifs are fucking fabulous. The problem with all these tumblrs is that they’re run by people with the clear and concise determination of someone working a full-time job – that’s because they all do. I’ve lost count of the sheer number of career-inspired gif blogs, all retrofitting classic memes to their own unique industry. For instance, I can’t get enough of client jokes on advertising blogs, which is odd because even though this is the industry I’m half involved in, I’ve never had a position in which this frustration would factor. Oh, and who hasn’t spent hours scrolling through cat gifs?
