There’s A Gym In New York City That Turns Into A Singles Bar After Class (VIDEO)

Not sure what everyone’s dating resolutions are for 2023 or what app everyone is using these days, but if you’re lucky enough to live in New York City then you can head on down to GRIT BXING and kill two new year’s resolutions with one stone by also getting in a workout before you start trying to get laid.

GRIT BXING has been around for a while but recently went viral again on Twitter thanks to the video you can see below. The basic premise is that you turn up to the gym for a class but then afterwards the place turns into a singles bar – before anyone has even showered – where you can take shots and drink beers and hit on your fellow gym goers.

I suppose that might appeal to some people out there but it looks absolutely gross in the TikTok clip below, especially considering they’re all just hanging out in their gym sweats or whatever. There are also several other red flags in it too – see if you can spot them:

Yeah I just don’t know if that’s really a vibe? It looks really weird working out in the dark with a load of flashing lights and a DJ playing, but I suppose it’s cool that there’s a free bar at the end – although it does kind of ruin all the good work you’ve done by going to the gym in the first place? Probably not the best idea to incorporate sessions at GRIT BXING as your only form of working out when you think about it.

Also dunno if you saw the creepy guy at 17 seconds who 100% wasn’t in the class but had just turned up in a tight shirt to hit on gym goers, but that added another level of creepiness and weirdness to the whole situation. The bartender taking his top off is a bit much as well.

However, a lot of people seem to actually enjoy these places from what I’ve read on the internet though, so maybe I should just quit being a narc and try and find one in London. There’s gotta be one here right? Could be the key to success in 2023.
