Jay-Z Wipes His Instagram Account After Being Named In The Epstein Files
Jay-Z’s name has come up in the latest Epstein file release, and it looks like he’s now wiped his Instagram page and also had a few of his peers unfollow him.
The rap icon’s name appears in an FBI report that recounts an allegation from someone claiming to be a victim, who said that in 1996, she woke up in a room where Harvey Weinstein was sexually assaulting her while Jay-Z AKA Shawn Carter was present.
The report states she believed she had been drugged and that her memory of how she arrived was unclear. Crucially, she only states that Jay-Z was present, and specifies that it was Harvey Weinstein who sexually assaulted her.
In the same report, the alleged victim identifies Clipse rapper Pusha T as one of the people she described as a “handler.”
The report says the alleged victim believed she was drugged at a party in 2007 and identified certain individuals who befriended or “handled” her before the alleged abuse – and she named Pusha T (below) among them.
These “handlers” were described by the alleged victim as people who would form relationships to lure victims.

It’s important to note that these mentions of Jay-Z and Pusha T both come from unverified accounts given to the FBI, not evidence confirmed by investigators. There’s nothing to confirm that Jay-Z and Pusha were there for sure, never mind associated or working with Epstein and co.
Even still, a number of celebrities have now unfollowed Jay-Z on Instagram. Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, his mum-in-law Tina Knowles, Kelly Rowland, Apple Music, the NFL, Katy Perry, Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion are all no longer following the Jigga Man. Maybe they’ll follow him again when things go quiet?
