The Tommy Fury/Jake Paul ‘rivalry’ has never really been that interesting, but Paul is doing everything he can to hype their upcoming bout by going on a scathing Twitter rant against Fury for ‘dodging’ their upcoming fight that’s meant to be happening on August 6th at Madison Square Garden.

Paul started with a tweet and then Fury replied saying that he was all ready, but that didn’t stop Paul recording a video calling him out for all his bullshit yet again. Take a look below at how it all went down:

Yet again, I wake up this morning to a text from my manager saying that Tommy Fury is pulling out of the fight. We agreed to all of the terms. Everything is ready to go. We’re 45 days away from the fight. We agreed to a $2M purse, extra flights, extra rooms. We’re scheduled to have a press conference next week in New York

His whole entire team was like, ‘Everything’s good, we’re signing the contract.’ It kept on getting pushed til now. What’s the excuse? ‘Oh I can’t come because my dad can’t be there with me during the fight.’

Tommy, you’re dad has been banned from the US for 15 years. You’ve known this the entire time, he’s a criminal… Neither Tyson [Fury] or your dad were with you at your debut. Now all of a sudden you need your team with you? That doesn’t making any f-n sense.

You’re scared. You claim you’re a professional boxer, but you don’t want to make the fight with me… This is the biggest opportunity of your life and you’re fumbling the f-n bag.

Wow. Really going in at him there isn’t he and it kinda sounds like Tommy deserves it for screwing him around so much.

The fact Tommy isn’t even trying to defend himself or explain himself kinda makes him look a bit weak. Yeah, it’s dumb to get involved in a war of words about the finer details of agreeing a boxing match, but it also looks like he’s admitting to all of that being true when he hasn’t offered any kind of explanation.

Anyway, it looks like they’re fight is happening on August 6th so they’ll have the chance to settle their differences in the middle of the ring. Will probably watch the highlights, sure.

For more of the same, check out Jake Paul’s next big fight after this one. Any ideas who that could be against?
