This ‘Fit Grandma’ Eats 150 Eggs A Month To Stay In Shape & It Seems To Be Working

Andrea Sunshine is a divorced gran-of-two based in London who spends a lot of her time in the gym. It’s not all about pumping iron though; Andrea also sticks to a strict healthy diet that involves wolfing down 3,500 calories a day, spread out over six to eight meals.

In total, she eats 150 eggs a month! I know what you’re wondering; hard-boiled or straight down the hatch like Rocky Balboa? Unfortunately the article in Jam Press doesn’t say, but Andrea told the publication:

People call me a beast. It doesn’t bother me to be called a fitness grandma – I am in my best shape and infinitely healthy.

There’s a stigma that young men have a crush on good-looking mature ladies so I get hit on all the time. I don’t like the attention. When I am in my session, I hate to be disturbed.
