I don’t really expect anything other than bigoted, homophobic, ill-informed trash from the shitshow that is ‘The O’Reilly Factor’ on Fox News, but their recent video is offensive even by their standards.

Presenter Jesse Waters decided to head over to New York City’s Chinatown to interview pedestrians in the neighbourhood about the upcoming presidential election. But rather than conjure up an actual dialogue with the residents, he instead used the language barrier and racial stereotypes to poke fun at the people he was speaking to. Not only did he laugh and rip into those who didn’t understand the political questions due to their English skills, but he also constantly hammered in outdated and confused stereotypes, at times asking about Karate (a Japanese sport). To say this guy is a moron would be an understatement.

Since the segment came out, Fox News and specifically Watters and Bill O’Reilly have come under intense criticism from pretty much every media sector, viewer and political party across the country. Watters tried to backtrack, but there ain’t no going back from that:

It’s just frustrating that shit like that is actually allowed to air. These guys should be shut down, but no doubt the furor will soon die down and everyone will forget about these morons until their next racist clip. I just hope after seeing this, everyone will boycott the show and their ratings will suffer, because that shit needs to stop, now.
