Bruce Willis’ recent dementia diagnosis has hit movie fans who love John McClane, Butch and whoever else he’s played over the course of his career especially hard, but the video below does show that he at least seems to be having a good time despite his condition.

Demi Moore shared the footage from Willis’ recent 68th birthday party, where their whole family – daughters Rumer, Scout and Talulah – are singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to him alongside his current wife 44 year old Emma Heming, who he also shares daughters Mabel and Evelyn with. There are also some random guys in the video who I assume are his elder daughter’s husbands/boyfriends, although it’s not really that clear from the video.

Anyway, take a look at it below:

That is pretty nice isn’t it and I don’t think that Bruce Willis looks anywhere near as bad as we probably all thought he would be following his diagnosis. I am aware that this was probably a good day for him and not every one of them is like that, but even so it’s great that he can have ones like this where he seems relatively coherent and knows what’s going on. Hope he gets a bunch more as well.

For more of the same, check out these details about an apparent Pulp Fiction prequel that was never made. Shame.
