You guys all know that we’re big advocators of good health and fitness here at Sick Chirpse. We recommend you take in a healthy amount of greens every day (preferably around 4:20PM), and that you get the best part of 120 mins cardio every weekend through the form of throwing shapes at your local rave. But there’s one thing that we’ve never touched on, and that’s how important the squat is, especially after we found this video.
Squats should be involved with every one of your work outs. If you’re trying to lose weight, squats are great because they build up the big muscles in your legs which converts into higher fat burn throughout the day. If you’re trying to get stronger, squats are again very important, as they help develop some big ass muscles that will improve your core strength. But if you are working out, and using the wrong movement and form for each exercise, you can really do yourself some damage.
