Wannabe Instagram Models Are Tagging Their Pictures As Video Games

What a great idea this is! I’m unsure if an Instagram Model is an actual profession or just a term of endearment, but a bunch of girls who love taking selfies and trying to look hot have devised an ingenious way to get more guys to look at their profiles and hopefully follow them in the process and thus take them to the next level in terms of Instagram status: tag their photos as video games.

That’s right. Apparently video game related hashtags are super popular on Instagram: #BlackOps has nearly 500,000 photos, #Bo2 has nearly 300,000, #COD has almost a million and #Minecraft has almost 2 million. Crazy right? So if you’re a hot girl looking to get some more hot blooded male, video games (porn) obsessed guys to follow you then all you need to do is tag it with a video game hashtag and you’re in. Don’t worry about it.

I’m more puzzled as to what kind people who use these hashtags for seriously post pictures of? Just themselves playing video games and video game achievement screens? That’s almost as lame as these girls trying to grab these losers’ attention off them by using a fake hashtag to gain more followers. Social media hits news lows. Again.
