Much like when Sheikh Abdul Bashir choked out a crazy person on the train or Chris Masters uprooted a tree to get his mother out of a burning house, another former wrestler has performed a heroic act in public over the weekend.

This time the honour belongs to former WCW wrestler Vampiro, who now works as an announcer for the Lucha Underground, whatever that is. He was visiting a McDonald’s in Thunder Bay, Ontario when he saw a man convulsing on the ground after eating one too many Big Macs.

Vampiro calmly called 911 and then performed some basic first aid techniques on him whilst he waited for paramedics to arrive. This was said to be invaluable in the man’s recovery.

Vampiro posted some pictures on his Facebook of the incident and said he was just happy to have been in the right place at the right time and been able to help the guy. What a hero.

However, the most shocking part of this story is probably what Vampiro looks like now – I mean they barely even look like the same person without the hair and face paint and the fact that Vampiro looks like he’s had one too many Big Macs himself these days. It’s crazy considering how tall and lean and muscular he used to be. I guess you have to be kind of a fatass to be an announcer though.
