Yesterday the US announced that they’d dropped the biggest non-nuclear weapon in their arsenal, the ‘Mother of All Bombs’, in Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province.

Today, perhaps as a means of sending a message to North Korea, they released a video of the explosion:

It turns out zero civilians were killed in the MOAB strike, which is pretty amazing considering this thing has a blast radius of 1 mile in each direction. If the bomb landed exactly where they wanted it to and destroyed ISIS’s network of tunnels (as well as killing 36 of them), then I suppose that’s a job well done.
