Welcome to the UK version of Gran Torino as Michael Caine gives us his justice wielding OAP act as Harry Brown.  Following the stabbing and death of his friend Len and what he perceives to be a lack of interest from the police in the case, Harry decides to take things into his own hands and clean up his decaying estate.

From the moment the movis starts we are treated to a horrific shooting where a couple of local youths on a motorcycle end up shooting a mother in the head before getting hit by a bus themselves.  Far-fetched in places but realistic enough to give you that uneasy feeling in your gut.
