In 1974, high-wire artist Philippe Petit recruits a team of people to help him realize his dream: to walk the the immense void between the World Trade Center towers.

Apparently this film is making audiences puke everywhere and leave the cinema feeling dizzy and light-headed. It’s not even like a Exorcist or SAW situation where people are getting grossed out over the sheer horror and violence, it’s more to do with director Robert Zemeckis nailing that feeling of vertigo on screen. Apparently there’s this insane 20 minute scene in 3D that’s really sending people for a loop.

I can’t make too much fun of these people though because I remember getting that ominous whitey feeling watching Avatar 3D baked off my face at the cinema. I don’t know why but the 3D was really messing with my brain. But still I’m pretty certain I could watch ‘The Walk’ without throwing my guts up on the guy in front of me.

P.S. Check out these crazy vertigo-inducing photos to get a better idea of if you could handle this film.
