Eco-terrorists are extremist groups like ELF (Earth Liberation Front) who burn down factories, car dealerships, and animal testing facilities. Some of which have been loosely tied to PETA and other animal rights groups. Like most terrorism, the contradictions in their acts cause more issues and sway people AWAY from their goals. When ELF fire bombed a Hummer dealership, the large fires released massive amounts of CO2 and other greenhouse gases, only making things worse.

Lone Wolf terrorists generally go on shooting sprees picking soft targets, schools, churches, and places were little to no resistance is expected. They inflict maximum casualties and death by shooting unarmed and defenceless crowds. These are probably the most dangerous and unpredictable types of terrorists today. Working alone, they carefully plan out a location to hit and stock pile massive amounts of ammo for their guns. Anders Breivik of Norway was especially successful in his shooting spree that left the nation and Europe in shock. 77 people were gunned down in one of the worst acts of lone wolf terrorism in modern history. This type of terrorism is most likely what the future holds. Random acts of violence for little to no reason whatsoever; done just because and to incite panic.
