A Hispanic lady from Texas named Lisa Amalia claims she woke up with a British accent after developing a rare brain condition during jaw surgery to fix an under-bite.

The mum-of-three was diagnosed with ‘foreign accent syndrome’ and apparently kept quiet about it for months following her surgery until her family convinced her to go public.
Neurologist Dr. Toby Yalto is at a loss to say how this could have happened, although other doctors believe it could be linked to a mini stroke or minor brain damage.
Not gonna lie – this had me cracking up laughing. Just something very funny about a Hispanic lady from Texas speaking with a British accent. But hilarity aside – this has to be pure bollocks, right?
