In a move that’s bound to wind up Kim Jung-un to no end, South Korea has casually announced that the country is ready and able to assassinate him, should they choose to.

Asked in parliament Wednesday if there was a special forces unit already assembled that could eliminate North Korean leader, defense minister Han Min-koo said:
Yes, we do have such a plan.
South Korea has a general idea and plan to use precision missile capabilities to target the enemy’s facilities in major areas as well as eliminating the enemy’s leadership.

While it’s not a surprise that South Korea would have a plan in place, the fact this guy announced it so publicly isn’t something anyone expects Kim Jong-un to take lightly.
The way he elaborates by saying they have a “general idea” doesn’t instil the greatest of confidence though. Anyone can have a general idea. Maybe their idea is to just kick back and let the US do it for them.
Until then, they’ll keep blasting the North with K-pop at the borders.
