Skaters are always trying to find the next big trick and outdo each other, and this new spot from Dave Mull illustrates that perfectly.

Mull has somehow found an old basketball net that looks like it was erected in 1971 or something. He decides to climb up it and then drop in from the top of it and grind down one of the rails supporting it. It’s an absolutely nuts trick to try and pull off and it looks acutely painful how many times he slams his body into the cold unforgiving concert when he’s trying to pull it off.

He gets there in the end though. Of course he does:

Ooof. Some of those slams look fucking painful. Worth it in the end though when he nails it.
