Quentin Tarantino has never been one to shy away from controversy in his movies or in his interviews – remember this ridiculous encounter with Krishnan Guru-Murthy? – but he might have taken it too far with this latest rant, as he’s taking on Mickey Mouse himself.

Tarantino is pissed off with Disney over their handling of Star Wars and how it’s affected his new movie The Hateful Eight. It was due to open on Christmas Day at the famous LA Cinerama Dome and play there exclusively for two weeks and a lot of the marketing was tied into it and this fact.

Unfortunately for Quentin though, Disney came in and said that if Star Wars didn’t play at the Cinerama Dome over the entire holiday period, then none of the cinemas that the company owns were allowed to play it AT ALL. That’s an ultimate power move if ever I’ve seen one so you can kinda see why Quentin goes off on one on Howard Stern below.

I mean to be fair the guy has a point – it seems like Disney and Star Wars are only really doing this to fuck with him. They don’t need the movie to play at this specific cinema – it’s not exactly going to not make make money if it isn’t showing there, it’s the biggest movie of all time, so why they want to mess up his deal is beyond me, it literally seems like they’re just trolling him.

It is quite funny seeing him get all worked up about stuff like this. It’s probably how he gets when he’s sucking on women’s toes and jerking off.
