When you think about super spicy curries that are gonna burn your insides, break you out in a sweat and then tear your asshole a new one you usually think that you’re going to have to go an actual curry house and order a vindaloo, but now there’s an alternative: the new Morrison’s Volcanic Vindaloo curry.

The curry is so hot because it’s made with the legendary naga chilli which is 200 times hotter than a jalapeño pepper or Tabasco Sauce. It’s also topped with green chillies to give it an extra kick and carries a six chilli rating so people know that it’s going to be a challenge when they attempt to eat it. The supermarket is recommending that people under 16 don’t try and take it on, and with good reason.
Morrison’s ready meal expert Sean Gill explained why the supermarket chain decided to adopt the dish:
Curry fans have been telling us that they just don’t get the fiery heat they want from ordinary ready meal curries.
With this in mind we decided to take up their challenge and create the hottest ready meal in the country – something with the extreme heat.
I’m used to tasting spicy curries as part of my job but this one blew my head off. It tastes fantastic but my mouth felt like it was on fire. You definitely need to have a glass of milk ready.
Yeah it sounds like you might need more than the one glass there pal, even if you are ‘a ready meal expert’ you’re not fooling me when you consider how goddamn hot this one is. Try it if you dare.
