These pictures were discovered on a roll of film found at the scene of Kurt Cobain’s suicide in 1994. 20 years later the case is being reopened and the photos – containing drug paraphernalia, a wallet and ID and some grimy looking fabrics – have been made public.
Cobain died from a shotgun wound to the head above the garage of his parents’ former home in Seattle. He’d also injected lethal amounts of heroin.
No idea why the case is being reopened as even the detectives themselves say nothing they do is likely to lead to a new verdict.
The 20th anniversary of Cobain’s death is on April 8th.
