Kanye West is one of the biggest superstars in the world, but he also regularly comes across as one of the biggest and most deluded idiots in the world too. This is another one of those times.

Kanye was playing a concert the other night in San Jose, California – a noted Democrat stronghold – where he decided to announce on stage for absolutely no reason that he didn’t bother voting in the election. Then to make matters worse, he stated that if he had done, then he would have voted for Donald Trump.

It didn’t go down that well, nor did his musings on why black people should be ignoring racism at this point in America:

Geez – where the hell was the guy who filmed that even sitting, doesn’t look like he can see anything at all?

But anyway, I don’t really know why Kanye bothered saying that, but it obviously pissed off a bunch of his fans and his manager Scooter Braun. Everything he said was completely stupid basically including later on when he declared that he was fond of Trump’s wall, freestyling ‘I hope they build the wall, I hope they get rid of them all.’ Yeezus.

Kanye ended his political rant by declaring that he was still intending on running for President in 2020, literally as a whole bunch of people were actually walking out of the show. He’s currently listed at 100/1 odds for the Presidency in 2020, but I’m pretty sure that Trump had bigger odds than that not so long ago. Can’t wait for Kanye V Trump in a freestyle rap debate in 2020.
