Despite the fact they’re not in great shape at the moment, ISIS are still coming up with budget ways to cause pain and terror to those who refuse to abide by their way of life.

The latest bit of equipment they’re working with is called ‘The Biter’; basically this spiked metal torture tool that’s used to rip off pieces of skin:

Under ISIS’s screwed up interpretation of Islam, women must be veiled and wear loose trousers and socks and gloves with no skin showing. Incredibly, they have their own all-female crew (known as Al-Khansa) enforcing these rules, and they recently beat a 17-year-old girl to death using the device.
The girl was apparently attacked because she wasn’t wearing clothes that adhere to ISIS’ new colour-code rules for women — black if you’re married, white if you’re single, blue if you’re divorced, green if you’re widowed. Christ that’s fucked up.
Seriously, you know you’re dealing with pure evil when they’ve got you backing Vladimir Putin and his Su-34 bomber strikes instead.
