Last week we got an e-mail from Ollie Johns with three of his drawings attached. They were all really good, so good that we asked him to design a new logo for us. Check out more of Ollie’s work over at http://www.ollie-johns.co.uk/ – and you can follow him on twitter here: @olliejohns.

Ollie’s style draws from his background in graffiti and illustration. Painstakingly crafted with care and attention to detail, his artwork is constructed from intricate mark making by the use of pen and ink.

The majority of Ollie Johns work focuses on the inevitable corruption of innocence faced by us as human beings.

Ollie’s imagery sometimes explores the dark areas, and his pencil rendering skills are second to none. His work has a hint of free association about it, and his personal stuff explores connections between the realms of beauty and horror; innocence and evil.
