After attending a Halloween party – and downing a few beers – Matthew decided to drive home when he was pulled over by the cops who breathalysed him and found him to be twice over the legal limit. It probably didn’t help that he had an open bottle of vodka in his hand or that he was still in his breathalyser costume. The arresting officer runs his own blog: ‘LPD306.blogspot.com’ and uploaded a photo of the kid in his costume.
He must have been out of 2p coins to suck on to beat the breathalyser.
