Danny Dyer AKA the King Of The Geezers is known for his love of getting off his tits, which is why we were surprised this week to find out that he is now trying to live a healthier lifestyle.

As part of his new regime, he’s made the shock move of quitting smoking and was caught puffing on a vape as he filmed ‘Eastenders’ with co-star Lisa Faulkner. It’s a dark day when even Danny Dyer has turned to vaping – it’s just not the same as seeing him with a cig in his mouth.

This comes following a challenging few months for Dyer and his family after he was asked to take a break from the soap due to his boozy lifestyle. He was also caught out for having an affair with Sarah Harding during the filming for a comedy movie ‘Run For Your Wife’.

Luckily his wife Jo is sticking by him and it appears that Dyer is now on the straight and narrow, cutting down on the booze and going cold turkey with the cigs. I guess that means pills and gear are out of the question.
I just don’t know what to make of this. One of the main traits that makes Dyer a diamond geezer is that his absolutely reckless nature resonates with the rest of us wreckheads. However, he is coming up to 40 and I guess eventually you have to say enough is enough.
Hopefully he can calm his habits down but still carry on with family traditions such as drinking pints of vodka at 8am on Christmas Day. Tis the season and all that.
