The Ice Bucket Challenge came and went, which then made way for the Fire Challenge, and of course Neknominations. Each of these resulted in several broken necks/ severe burns / alcohol poisoning scenarios but hey, what you gonna do? When there’s a viral challenge going on you either participate or become a social outcast and there’s nothing scarier than that when you’re in your late teens/early twenties is there?

The latest viral challenge dominating social media is the #CondomChallenge, which appears to be relatively safe but I’m sure someone will find some way to put themselves in immense pain and danger by the time everyone gets bored of it.
It basically involves filling a condom full of water and dumping on your friend’s head.

Probably not what Durex had in mind when they introduced the condom emoji, but I guess the fact these condoms can hold a substantial amount of water without bursting is good news. Not so good news when some young couple uses their last condom doing the #condomchallenge and have no choice but to go bareback ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
Still, whatever you say about it, it’s nowhere near as dumb as inhaling air horn gas, as this young man found out.
