The guys over at Epic Meal Time know how to make monstrous creations using junk food dishes and this 84 cheeseburger cheeseburger might be their most disgusting invention yet.

It pretty much does what it says on the tin – this Frankenstein monster of a sandwich has 84 McDonald’s burgers baked into one bun. The finished product is a 12-pound meaty, cheesy mountain, which contains nearly 65,000 calories and 4,000 grams of fat.

My heart hurts just looking at that thing. Honestly, I know these guys are in the business of making outrageously calorific, fatty dishes, but I think they might’ve overstepped the mark with this one. It really doesn’t look fit for human consumption.

This 1,000,000 calorie lasagna on the other hand… I’d definitely give that a go.
